the vision:

deutsche bank – founded in berlin in 1870 – needed a hospitality lounge in which they could informally meet and entertain key clients, politicians and government figures in a private atmosphere.

the 450 sqm space is located on the top floor of the beautifully restored historic seat of the deutsche bank in ‘under und linden’ and has been extended too include a roof top terrace that provides commanding views to some of the cities key monuments.

s&p wanted to create a space with identity, to give the space a strong personal character similar to that of a private residence, rather than the common atmosphere of a well kept furniture showroom.
